Inside Steph Curry’s lavish Silicon Valley mansion situated in the USA’s most expensive zip code
Curry used to live in an Atherton home on 1.18 acres that was only 7,535 square feet. Now, he lives in a much bigger house in the most expensive zip code in the country. Front Office Sports has learned that Curry sold his old house to millionaire Forrest Li for $31.2 million toward the end of 2021.
That’s $1.2 million more than what he paid in December 2020 for his new 17,761-square-foot home.
Curry always wins.
The four-time NBA champion lives in a 1.7-acre lot in Atherton, where he also owns his current house.
It has a movie theater, a bar, a wine store, a swimming pool, a sundeck, and seven bedrooms.
The story says that the home’s master bedroom has a fireplace, a wet bar, and a marble bathtub.
It’s not strange that the home feels big because it has vaulted ceilings and many large windows that let in a lot of natural light and connect the interior to the lush grounds it sits on.
Curry’s business sense when it comes to flipping houses and making money off of them doesn’t come as a surprise, since he’s already shown himself to be a good investor. Curry is the NBA player who makes the most money on the court. He is also the second-highest earner in the league as a whole, with an expected $95.1 million this year.
Curry is starting the first year of his new four-year contract, which is said to be worth $215.3 million. He also has several business ventures, such as his content company Unanimous Media, his newly published children’s book “I Have a Superpower,” and his partnership with Under Armour.
