According to Coldwell Banker listing agents Andy Read and Ana O’Byrne, Ayesha and Stephen Curry are asking $3.895 million for their opulent Spanish-style home in Orinda, California. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home was bought by the couple for $3.1 million in 2013.
The 4,700-square-foot home has vaulted ceilings, a red-tiled roof, tiled patios and balconies, a swimming pool, and a dumbwaiter to move food between floors. It is located approximately an hour from San Francisco.
A three-car garage, fireplace, two separate balconies, a walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and a bathroom with a Victoria and Albert limestone tub are further features of the opulent house. The couple rebuilt the kitchen after purchasing the home and also constructed an outside kitchen and a heated dining area. The house also features a putting green and its own Syrah orchard.
The Currys are reportedly relocating to a larger house in Walnut Creek that they purchased for $3.2 million in 2015, according to The Wall Street Journal. Stephen Curry has made NBA history by becoming the first player to win the award unanimously. NBA legends like Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, and LeBron James have never pulled off this feat.
