JORDAN HENDERSON didn’t let himself to slack off during the summer, and he is starting his preseason workouts in top form.
The Liverpool midfielder has started getting ready at an Algarve fitness facility for the upcoming 2023–24 Premier League season.
But unlike many other football stars from around the world, the 33-year-old has maintained his fitness during his downtime.
On Tuesday, Henderson posted pictures of himself going through the motions in the gym and on the field to his Instagram.
Hendo completed a number of strenuous workouts while sprinting on the field, displaying his bulging abs and muscles.
Don’t dream of winning, the former Sunderland player said in the caption. Prepare for it by exercising.
His horde of admirers were ready to offer their opinions, with one remarking that “my captain looks fantastic.”
Someone else chimed in, “Ohh captain, my captain.”
Another person added: “Ripped.”
One person said, “Looks more ripped than ever before.”
One more said, “Jordan power.”
With Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis MacAllister now at Anfield, Henderson’s future there is uncertain.
The midfielder has been connected with a shocking transfer to Al-Ettifaq, who have hired Steven Gerrard, a Kop legend, as their new manager.
Hendo spent a major amount of the 2022–23 season on the sidelines.
He remains one of Jurgen Klopp’s go-to players, however, according to the Kop manager.
He stated in February that he played in all of these games since he is a crucial member of our team.
Nothing is present.I am aware that you need time to consider the matter, but I am unable to provide an answer.
Yes, he is significant, and we certainly missed him greatly.
