Kylian Mbappe reunites with Neymar and Hakimi at PSG during transfer saga

Kylian Mbappe has finally joined his Paris Saint-Germain colleagues despite the persistent uncertainty surrounding his future.

The 2018 World Cup champion has recently been at odds with the PSG hierarchy and has chosen not to use a contract extension feature in his current term, which expires next summer. He has expressed his displeasure through interviews and a formal letter.

Mbappe has declared his decision to stay with the Ligue 1 champions for the upcoming campaign, but SB Nation reports that he has been linked to Real Madrid in the past.

The 24-year-old has returned to PSG just before the club begins preseason training under new manager Luis Enrique after a quick trip to his father’s native Cameroon.

The start of their joint training sessions was seen on camera as the four-time Ligue 1 Best Player met up with his Brazilian teammate Neymar, at PSG’s state-of-the-art training facility.

The next few days will show how Mbappe is able to connect with his teammates because, according to sources from Mirror, several of them, including two new recruits, have voiced their opinions to the club’s leadership in response to the Frenchman’s recent comments.

The dynamics within the team will be carefully monitored in order to determine how these interactions affect the cohesiveness and camaraderie of the group.
