It seems that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is taking inspiration from Manchester City’s Erling Haaland as he recovers from an injury. The Milan striker uploaded an Instagram photo of himself with a new haircut that resembles Haaland’s ‘viking’ look.
During the international break, Erling Haaland debuted a unique braided hairstyle, reminiscent of a Nordic warrior. In response, Ibrahimovic, who is still recovering from knee surgery in May, shared a story on Instagram with his hair wrapped up in a similar style, showing off his own version of the ‘viking’ look.
Apart from his new haircut, Ibrahimovic’s social media post also highlights his rigorous journey to rehabilitation. After it was announced in early December that the Sweden international had returned to Milan training, he is now focused on making a strong comeback. Milan is currently five points behind Serie A champions Napoli and is aiming for their second consecutive Scudetto.
Although there is no specific date set for his return, Ibrahimovic, known for his experience and skill on the field, will likely aim to play in the second half of the season. His presence will provide Milan with added depth in their attack during the latter stages of the season.
