The 23-year-old will be theirs for £6.85m. The price tag has been slightly reduced for the club. Gremio’s initial asking price for the adaptable Brazilian was £8.57m.

Arsenal has a history of acquiring players from Brazilian soccer teams. In 2019, Gabriel Martinelli was acquired from Ituano. He has proven to be a smashing success for the team.

Pablo Mari also joined the Gunners in 2020 from Flamengo, but he had trouble having a big effect. He just lately relocated permanently to Monza.

Similar to Marquinhos, who arrived from Sao Paulo last summer, he hasn’t quite settled in. He was on loan at Norwich City for the second half of the previous campaign.

The Gunners are about to land Bitello right now. He is a very adaptable player who can play on the right side of the attack as well as anywhere in the midfield.

He has played 35 times for Gremio this season, with seven goals and four assists. For the Porto Alegre team, he has mainly played on the right wing.

Bitello’s defensive contributions have also been really excellent. For Gremio in Serie A, he has won an astounding 1.8 tackles and 6.9 duels per game.

Despite this, the adaptable ace lacks experience at the highest level. He is now playing in his first-ever Brazilian top-flight season. He lacks a lot of experience.

In our opinion, he might be hired to support Bukayo Saka, especially on the right side.

awarded that he is not a particularly gifted young player and has never represented Brazil at any level, it is questionable whether he would be awarded a work permit in the UK.

Arsenal may loan him out the next year if they are unable to secure approval.
