Tom Brady’s $26 million homes and $140 million side business in real estate

Football legend Tom Brady is also somewhat of a real estate tycoon.

The 45-year-old quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers owns $26 million worth of properties, including houses in New York, Florida, and even Montana. Additionally, he has sold homes worth more than $140 million, earning about $30 million in profit from just real estate transactions.

His real estate holdings are currently declining as a result of his divorce from 42-year-old Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, with whom he shares two children: Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10.

With his ex, 49-year-old actress and model Bridget Moynahan, he also shares a 15-year-old son named John Edward Thomas Moynahan.

As their marriage approaches the finish line, they appear to be considering dividing their multimillion dollar empire. Uncertainty surrounds the specifics of the split, such as who will receive what.

Here are pictures of Brady’s homes in Miami, New York, and Montana.

Miami, Florida

Billionaire’s Bunker | $17 million

Brady has established a life in sunny Florida since donning the red and black for the Buccaneers. A $17 million home on Indian Creek Island in Miami, which they just bought, is a great deal in the neighbourhood known as “Billionaire’s Bunker.”

According to Page Six, the couple demolished their 5,172 square foot, five bedroom, five bathroom home on a two acre lot and built a new one from scratch.

The Post received in return never-before-seen floor plans of the new house as it would have appeared had their marriage survived.

Large his-and-hers bathroom suites, a main kitchen, a prep kitchen and an outdoor kitchen were all included. Other amenities included a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a meditation garden and a pickleball court.

In addition to the $17 million they spent on the land, construction will cost an additional $10.12 million.

The house would have been over 17,000 square feet in size and included five bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

There is also an outdoor dining area, a large lawn, a lift, a service landing, a staff entryway, a trash enclosure, a motor court, a pool and a hot tub.

The construction would have been similar to their former LA home, which they custom-built with a $20 million budget, according to sources who previously spoke with The Post.

Additionally, Bündchen serves as an ambassador for the UNEP, and the architecture of their homes reflects her love of environmental preservation. According to Architectural Digest, the couple is anticipated to incorporate solar panels and environmentally friendly materials into the design, as they have done with their other custom-built homes.

The expansive golf course is on one side of the lot, and the crystal-clear Biscayne Bay is on the other. In December, Brady was already spotted arriving at the property on a 40-foot yacht. He and his friend Jeffrey Soffer’s lot is right next to one another on the southwest corner of the island. Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are some additional neighbours.

“I spent a significant portion of my life as a native Californian before moving away for about 25 years. I no longer reside in the Northeast, and you won’t find me dead there. Brady previously told reporters, “I’m loving the warm weather, and it’s been a great feeling.

He rented Derek Jeter’s home in Davis Islands, Tampa, which is only 20 minutes from the Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, before purchasing his home in Miami. Brady didn’t seem to mind paying $75,000 a month, but the celebrity couple didn’t feel comfortable in the waterside mansion.

“I didn’t realise cars could pull up to your house. He complained to Howard Stern last year that there were numerous boats in the backyard and people in the front.

The New York Post debunked the October rumour that they would leave Jeter’s home and relocate to Clearwater, Florida, last year.

Following the announcement of their divorce, the couple moved out of the house and moved into another Davis Island estate, which is now up for sale.

Tribeca, New York City

70 Vestry St. | $3.6 million

According to property records, Brady and Bündchen downsized their Manhattan residence in late last year, exchanging their north-facing 6,500 square foot, 12th floor condo for a south-facing 5,300 square foot, 12th floor condo.

In contrast to the $36.8 million their larger condo sold for, the new, smaller condo only cost $3.6 million. According to Jennifer Gould of the New York Post, Brady’s “lucky number” from his time with the Patriots is twelve, which explains why both condos are on the 12th floor.

Their brand-new condo is 4,331 square feet in size and has four bedrooms with views of the Hudson River. Over 1,000 square feet of the private terrace are taken up by an outdoor kitchen.

High ceilings, a personal lift, a foyer, a gallery, a great room with a fireplace, a dining room and a family room are all features of the apartment. Oak panelling, marble countertops, two dishwashers, and wine storage can be found in the eat-in kitchen. According to the listing, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and views of the river.
