According to rumors in Saudi Arabia, Liverpool will receive a £60 million proposal from Al-Ittihad for Mohamed Salah.
Al-Ittihad, who won the Saudi Pro League last season, have already bolstered their squad with the arrivals of Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, and Jota this summer.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have already lost Jordan Henderson to Al-Ettifaq, and Fabinho moved to Al-Ittihad last week.
According to Saudi news station Al-Riyadiah, Al-Ittihad is reportedly in talks with Salah’s representatives about a possible move before the summer window closes.
According to the report, the Saudi club is willing to offer Salah a two-year deal of €180 million (£155 million) and will make a £60 million pitch to Liverpool.
‘It is true,’ a source close to the footballer informed Al-Riyadiah. Negotiations are underway between Mohamed Salah and the Saudi club Al-Ittihad.
‘The deal must be appealing for the Egyptian star to travel to Saudi Arabia and play. In England, Salah still has a lot to offer.’
Salah signed a three-year contract earning roughly £350,000 per week in July.
Last season, the 31-year-old scored 30 goals in 51 appearances for Liverpool.
