‘Sell me, I don’t want to stay here’ – What €30m star tell his club to join Liverpool

Jorg Schmadtke, Liverpool’s sporting director, is spearheading the club’s interest in signing Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.

According to reliable source Fabrizio Romano, the Reds are interested in the Dutch international, but the player will have to push a move away from the Allianz Arena.

The basic line is that Bayern Munich’s position on Gravenberch remains unchanged.

Gravenberch must compel a transfer to Liverpool

“They love Gravenberch, 100%,” Romano says on the Born and Red YouTube channel.

“It’s about the director, it’s about Jurgen Klopp, they really, really like the player, and the player is open to the idea of making a move,” says the director.

“Ryan Gravenberch wishes to speak with Bayern AG once more to clarify his position.”

“What I can say is that Bayern are still in the same position as they were in June, July, and now August – they don’t want to sell the player, they are confident that Ryan Gravenberch will be a top star of the position in the future, so saying no is not an easy conversation with Bayern.”

“The only way to make it happen is on the player’s side, so if the player goes there and says’sell me, because I don’t want to stay here,'” Romano stated.

“At the moment, the player is concerned with the current situation because he wants to be a starter, an important player, but he hasn’t gone there and said ‘okay, let me go.'” It’s still in the early stages between Gravenberch and Bayern, and Liverpool can only wait for the outcome.”
