Since his decision to relocate to Turkey was made official on Friday, our former No. 17 has received a deluge of kind words and congratulations for his accomplishments throughout his time in England.

The 30-year-old thanked the team, coaching staff, and teammates for helping him “live the dream” in a farewell video and message he released on social media over the weekend.

His United teammates responded to this post with comments expressing their love for him and their sorrow over his departure.

Heart emoticons were used in responses from Bruno Fernandes, Alejandro Garnacho, Donny van de Beek, Tom Heaton, and former Red David De Gea.

“All the best Feddy,” wrote Heaton.

The Brazilian received warm congratulations as he begins the next phase of his career from United supporters, who also held a special place in their hearts and minds for Fred.
