The most expensive apartment ever sold in the capital of Portugal.
There is no longer a legitimate royal family in Portugal. This custom went out in the 1930s.

Nonetheless, it goes without saying that Cristiano Ronaldo, the man responsible for one of the nation’s golden eras in sports, is practically royalty in the Iberian nation.

As such, it comes to reason that he should acquire what is reportedly the most desirable piece of rеal estate in the Portuguese capital, and he has reportedly done so.

The great footballer and Juventus star apparently рurchased this magnificent residence in the Avenida da Liberdade neighborhood of Lisbon, near to where he grew up. Here, overlooking the old city of Lisbon, Ronaldo sharpened his skills and attracted the attention of local powerhouses Sporting Lisbon – the first professional team he played for.

Ronaldo has maintained a property in his own country for many years and owns other properties in Portugal and Spain, including a multimillion-dollar vacation home he рurchased this year in Marbella.

If the player’s playing career winds down and he decides to spend more time in the city where he grew up, this flat in Lisbon could function as a future home for him. Ronaldo formerly owned a mansion in the Northern Portuguese neighborhood of Geres, but was to sell it after it became a tourist attraction for football fans. His Portugal National Teammate Pepe currently owns it.
The apartment he has рurchased to replace his previous one is the most costly home ever sold in the bustling Portuguese city.
And it is easy to understand why. It is a spacious penthouse apartment located adjacent to the scenic Eduardo VII Park, and it features three bedrooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa. Modern-luxurious in style, it capitalizes on the breathtaking vistas of Lisbon’s attractive old city, contrasting the city’s ancient architecture with an interior of marbles, stones, and woods.
