Despite the signing of Wataru Endo, Liverpool still have numerous midfield targets on their transfer wishlist, including Sofyan Amrabat, and Italian writer Rudy Galetti has explained the Anfield club’s choices to GIVEMESPORT.
Jurgen Klopp wants to bolster his Reds squad before the transfer window closes in less than two weeks.
Liverpool has had a busy summer in terms of transfers, with Klopp bringing three new faces to Anfield, with more perhaps on the way.
Alexis MacAllister of Brighton & Hove Albion was the first to sign, at a cost of £35 million.
Given his price, the former Seagulls star is a steal for the Merseyside giants.
He will, however, be devastated to have received a red card on his home debut against Bournemouth last Saturday, which ended 3-1.

At 22 years old, the offensive midfielder is regarded as a top-tier talent with a high ceiling for development as he adjusts to life in the Premier League after signing a five-year contract at Anfield.
Last Monday, Liverpool agreed to terms with VfB Stuttgart and Japan enforcer Endo on a four-year contract worth £16.2 million.
The 30-year-old’s arrival came as a surprise, although it followed the Reds’ unsuccessful pursuits of Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia, both of whom joined Chelsea.
However, Liverpool intends to make additional recruits in order to strengthen their midfield options.

Monchengladbach’s Manu Kone, and Nice’s Khephren Thuram as transfer targets for the Reds, in addition to Fiorentina’s Amrabat, with less than a fortnight of the transfer market remaining.

Galetti told GIVEMESPORT about the £120 million foursome (as per Transfermarkt): “Despite the surprising arrival at Liverpool of Endo, the names followed by the Reds remain substantially the same, including Gravenberch, Kone, Thuram, and Amrabat.”
“Beginning with Amrabat, despite Manchester United’s concrete interest, he has been under the radar on numerous occasions.”
“At the moment, there is no concrete action for the Liverpool-born Fiorentina player.” Atletico Madrid is also interested in Amrabat, as is Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia.”
