JuJu Smith-Schuster has agreed to a six-figure deal with luxury suit and tuxedo rental service The Black Tux. It builds on his previous engagement with the brand, which saw Smith-Schuster wearing The Black Tux clothes around the ESPY Awards.
Smith-Schuster’s new contract with The Black Tux includes the wide receiver wearing The Black Tux apparel when he enters various stadiums on game day. The Black Tux says it wants to keep working with Smith-Schuster to build a formalwear style that represents his candor and charisma.
“JuJu has a giant personality, tons of charisma, and knows exactly who he is, which resonates with a young audience,” says Andrew Blackmon, co-founder of The Black Tux. “He’s carved out his own niche in culture outside of sports, including e-gaming, youth mentoring, animals, and, most importantly for us, fashion.” The way he cares about his fans bodes well for his career and the JuJu brand, which is why we opted to collaborate with him. Plus, he looks fantastic in our suits.”
Smith-Schuster will be outfitted by Black Tux with everything from suits to accessories to shoes. It will also design a range of custom-made outfits for Smith-Schuster in over twenty different colors and styles.
Roc Nation Sports and JuJu Smith-Schuster’s mother represent him. Off the field, he has partnerships with the creators of Call of Duty, Pizza Hut, HyperX, Adidas, New Era, and Art of Sport.
