Man City mɑke £50m Mɑtheus Nᴜnes tгansfer bid with Guaгdiola also keeping tɑbs on Cгystal Pɑlɑce staг

MANCHESTER CITY has made a £50 million offer for Matheus Nunes, the top player for Wolves.

Pep Guardiola, the manager of City, wants to recruit the 24-year-old Portuguese midfielder after an £85 million bid for West Ham’s Brazilian playmaker Lucas Paqueta fell through.

Matheus Nunes, a player for Wolves, has been linked to a transfer to Manchester City.

Eberechi Eze, a playmaker for Crystal Palace, is also a target for Man City.

Nunes is worth £70 million to Wolves, who are adamant about keeping hold of him.

Guardiola called Nunes “one of the best players in the world” during City’s 5-0 victory over Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League 18 months prior.

The following summer, Wolves paid Sporting £42.2 million to get him.

Additionally, Man City’s attempt to sign Paqueta fell through last week when the midfielder became the focus of an FA investigation into shady wagers made on the Brazilian to be cautioned in several Premier League games.

Eberechi Eze, a star for Crystal Palace, is another player that City is keeping an eye on, although the Selhurst Park club values Eze at £70 million.

Bernardo Silva, meanwhile, has pledged his future to the Treble champions after agreeing to a new contract that runs through 2026.

“I’ve had six incredible years at City, and I’m delighted to extend my time here,” the Portuguese star stated.

In terms of what we have accomplished and the possibilities for what we can yet do, it has been a dream.

“In six years, we’ve won all of the cups, one Champions League, and five Premier Leagues.

“My situation is excellent.

We want to aim to win four titles in a row because it has never been done in the Premier League.
