The Serbian national basketball team will play the first match of the World Championship in Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines on Saturday at 2 p.m., against China, and our major star, Nikola Joki, is resting while his teammates compete for a medal.
After declining the request for the national jersey, the Denver center spent the summer in Serbia, the most recent of which was a concert by folk singer Svetlana Ceca Ranatovi in the Nuggets ace’s homeland of Sombor.
Joki was continuously on the chair, singing, and he was especially taken with the song “What is it in your veins?”
