ETH has found new ‘passing machine’ for Man Utd, who just made ‘97% accuracy’

In Manchester United’s victory over Brentford, Tyrell Malacia, who had to step in for the injured Luke Shaw, received accolades for his performance.

Luke Shaw was making his 250th appearance for Manchester United, a significant milestone following the signing of a new deal.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the memorable evening he had hoped for. Tyrell Malacia replaced Shaw when he was injured in the first half.

Malacia had not played in a Premier League match since he played for 14 minutes in Liverpool’s defeat.

Malacia was pleased

This season, Tyrell Malacia has proven to be a highly effective Luke Shaw replacement. As he is competent enough to serve as a regular starter, it almost seems unfair to refer to him as a back-up.

If Shaw has an injury, the degree of which is yet unknown, that causes him to miss time, we might see more of him.

Malacia contributed to Manchester United’s 1-0 victory over Brentford by keeping the scoreless for the entirety of the game.

The international player for the Netherlands was proficient with the ball, completing 36 of 37 passes he tried, or 97% of them.

He also generated two chances for goals, which is an aspect of his game he has to improve. This was encouraging.

Malacia successfully cleared two obstacles and won both of the two tackles she engaged in.

David May, a co-commentator on MUTV, gave him high marks, saying, “You know what, I thought I was going to miss Luke Shaw, but Malacia has been great, he really has.”

Danny Webber, a studio analyst, said during the post-game coverage: “He didn’t take any time to warm up for the game.”

Even if Shaw recovers quickly, Malacia is likely to keep his spot for Saturday’s game against Everton. When such a high-caliber replacement is readily available, there is no reason to take any chances.

Man Utd player ‘set’ for £25m summer exit as Ten Hag lines up Salzburg teenager

When the summer transfer market opens, Man United is reportedly in the ‘race’ to sign Maurits Kjaergaard from RB Salzburg.

For Denmark’s U21 team during the past couple of years, the 19-year-old has already received several caps.

In the 2020–21 Austrian Bundesliga season, the midfielder made his senior debut. In 59 games in all competitions, he has now scored six goals and provided 13 assists for RB Salzburg.

Despite having a contract that doesn’t expire until 2026, his performances have apparently drawn the attention of clubs all over Europe.

Man United are reportedly “in the picture” to buy Kjrgaard later this year, according to Salzburger Nachrichten (via Sport Witness).

The Premier League club “may win the race” to recruit the kid, who is thought to be worth roughly £13m. Man Utd allegedly dispatched scouts to observe Kjrgaard play for Denmark’s U21 team lately, according to the report.

This summer, Erik ten Hag will continue to rebuild Man Utd. The former Ajax manager has done well since taking over last year, and with the Carabao Cup now won, he has put an end to the team’s trophy drought.

But, there have been times this season when Manchester United have reverted to their previous form. It was especially alarming because they had just lost to Liverpool and Newcastle United.

According to ruмors, Ten Hag is demanding a “ruthless” summer clear-out and at least six players could be let go as a result.

Donny van de Beek, a midfielder, is “set to re-sign for Ajax,” claims Football Insider.

Giants of the Netherlands are eager to have him rejoin the team. In 2020, they traded him to Manchester United for around £40m.

Neither Ole Gunnar Solskjaer nor Ralf Rangnick were able to make Van de Beek a regular. Although performing well under Ten Hag at Ajax in the past, he has struggled this season as well. The report also says.

After a dismal three-year tenure at the club, Man United is ruмored to be open to accepting a bid of £25m for Van de Beek.

The midfielder’s contract, which is valid until June 2025, reportedly pays him £120,000 per week.

In preparation for a potential title run in the 2023–24 season, “Man United” is already looking to improve its midfield alternatives.

James Ward-Prowse, the captain of Southampton, is a summer target for the Red Devils, according to a report from Football Insider on Tuesday, 4 April.

While Marcel Sabitzer will return to Bayern Munich after his loan stint at Old Trafford, Scott McTominay has been linked to an off-season departure.

Van van Beek was recently advised by former Manchester United player Paul Parker that returning to the Eredivisie would be “wise for him to relaunch his career.”
