The Manningcast, without a doubt the best way to watch Monday Night Football, is returning for the 2023 season — and ESPN’s new promo for the show is spectacular. It’s packed of spectacular cameos from the NFL and beyond, relying on Peyton Manning’s comedy abilities.

Some of these are very predictable. Kirk Cousins screaming “You like that!?” and Dan Campbell spouting coaching cliches are perfect fits — but then it goes really off the rails in the best way. Here are the best cameos from the mountain of them.
Tom Brady and his puppy

The concept of Peyton and Eli ignoring Tom Brady is fantastic given their shared history with the Patriots quarterback, but add a golden retriever to the mix and it’s pure magic. Brady inked a deal with FOX and will take a year off, but it doesn’t mean he’ll be joining Peyton and Eli. He’ll rather sit in the dark.
