Jimmy Butler, Barack Obama, and more celebs take over the US Open

Each year, thousands of spectators go to Flushing Meadows to see some of the greatest tennis players participate in one of the year’s most important events.

With a staggering 502,385 spectators attending the US Open over the Labor Day weekend, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center set new records. The first week of the event also saw the sixth-highest attendance levels in US Open history.

The Obamas, Jimmy Butler, and Aaron Rodgers were among the notable attendees, showing their support for players like Coco Gauff, Ben Shelton, Carlos Alcaraz, and Novak Djokovic as they compete for the opportunity to hoist the US Open trophy.
