GISELE BUNDCHEN has been seen leaving her temporary home in Miami Beach as her $11.5 million mansion nears completion.
The beachfront home sits on Indian Creek Island, just a short distance from ex-husband Tom Brady’s home.
Over the last year, the property has been renovated.
Bundchen, 43, visited the building site earlier in August to see how things were going.
However, the repair looks to be nearing completion, as the Brazilian beauty was recently observed lugging depot boxes out of her Indian Creek property.
Gisele, who was dressed in a black top and denim shorts, did some of the hard lifting herself, carrying the boxes.
Bundchen’s new 6,600-square-foot home is situated on an 18,400-square-foot lot in a cul-de-sac.
It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as various patios, a home theater, a gym, and a playroom.
The property also has an outdoor pool and a dock with views of Brady’s Billionaire Bunker, which is now under development on the other side of Indian Creek.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they’d do it — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” a source told Page Six.
Indian Creek is known as “the world’s most exclusive municipality,” with only 34 residences, 42 citizens, and a private 13-person police department.
Brady and Bundchen planned to live in the region together at first, spending $17 million on a two-acre block of land there.
However, the seven-time Super Bowl champion purchased the home after the couple divorced last year, with the supermodel purchasing her own estate just across the stream.
The divorce was formalized in October 2022, ending the couple’s 13-year marriage.
Brady is currently thought to be dating Russian beauty Irina Shayk.
