Salah, who has previously appeared in Pepsi commercials alongside Lionel Messi, looked relaxed between takes, with a body double also utilized to minimize the risk of injury. The Egyptian winger has become a prominent figure in the advertising world, featuring in campaigns alongside other football stars such as Paul Pogba and Raheem Sterling.
The shoot involved approximately 50 extras, leading to the closure of a road in the Duke Street area of Liverpool. Salah, accompanied by his agent Ramy Abbas Issa, attended the shoot on Thursday. His appearance in the advert comes at a time when his exceptional form has earned him the accolade of being dubbed the “best player in the world” by some pundits.
