‘Golden boy’ Bukayo Saka would be a businessman if he didn’t play football

Sharing in an interview with Arsenal Buzz, the 22-year-old player talked about his intentions before thinking about football.

Bukayo Saka is one of the bright gems honed by the Arsenal youth academy. At the age of 22, the English star has reached the top of the best wingers in the world and has become the hope of revival for the Gunners.

However, to be able to achieve such success, Saka also had to go through many difficulties. The star born in 2001 was born into a Nigerian immigrant family, whose family situation was not very well off.

According to the 22-year-old star, his parents want him to pursue education to have more opportunities at work instead of football. However, in the end, Saka was still determined to pursue his greatest passion.

“My ambition has always been to play football and that has been my main goal from the beginning,” Saka told Arsenal Buzz.

“But my parents just made it clear to me that success in that field was not guaranteed. So I studied hard. I’ve always been interested in learning about business and it’s one of the subjects included in the Diploma high school education which I did best in. So my plan is to start some kind of business. I don’t know what exactly.”
