Fans all say same thing about Mohamed Salah’s ‘world-class’ cameo vs LASK

Mohamed Salah astonished Liverpool fans with his spectacular performance against LASK, with individuals online all saying the same thing after his performance in the Europa League.

Liverpool began their European campaign with a 3-1 win over LASK on Thursday.

The Reds had to come back from a goal behind in the second half, as Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz, and Salah all scored.

The Egyptian forward came off the bench in the 74th minute, replacing Ryan Gravenberch, who provided a terrific look into Jurgen Klopp’s man management skills.

And he made a big effect on the match in Austria, making a fantastic cameo appearance.

As previously stated, he scored his team’s third goal with a clever finish inside the box and looked like a persistent menace on the right wing.

He was also at his best as a playmaker, penetrating numerous enticing passes into the box after assisting twice in Liverpool’s 3-1 win over Wolves the previous weekend.

His performance against LASK sparked outrage on social media, with fans urging the club to give him a new contract amid reports tying him to a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia.

Al Ittihad attempted to sign the 31-year-old during the summer transfer window, as they were willing to make him the league’s highest-paid player.

However, Liverpool declined to sell their best player, with fans anticipating he will sign another deal at Anfield.

One X user commented, “Ngl they need to renew Salah’s contract.”

“And there were Liverpool fans on here who’d have sold him this summer for the big money Saudi was offering,” a second said. Why??? Lad is a once-in-a-lifetime talent. I hope he ends his career with Liverpool.”

“Give him a new contract, and let him retire here,” a third said.

“Give him a blank cheque man, let him put whatever numbers he wants, and get him to retire here at all costs,” a fourth suggested.

Another person commented, “Line up his lifetime contract man.”

Salah, who is under contract with Liverpool until the end of the 2024/25 season, has made a strong start to the new season, scoring three goals and registering four assists in six games.
