Liverpool looks at ‘Hazard 2.0’ as Reds preparing to oder ‘blockbuster’ in January

A source told 90min that Liverpool had dispatched scouts to observe Pedro Neto, a 23-year-old player on the Portuguese club, play in a recent match.

The winger now being paid by Wolverhampton has been stellar as of late, attracting interest from top clubs such as Arsenal and Liverpool.

Early on at the Molineux Stadium, Pedro Neto’s potential was evident, and he was scouted by several elite clubs. The Portuguese player, however, had trouble staying healthy. This is the primary factor hampering his growth.

Neto is currently at peak health and has been performing consistently well for Wolves. He proved he can become a lethal weapon for any big man with his performance in the victory over Manchester City.

Some rumors claim that Neto has always been a dedicated admirer of Arsenal, which has kept the Gunners interested in him. The 23-year-old will add to the attacking options available to coach Mikel Arteta in the Emirates.

Many reliable sources have stated that the Wolves will want a fee anywhere from fifty million to sixty million British pounds from any center who wishes to sign Neto.

Liverpool might sign the young man born in 2000 as early as next January, but they may wait until the summer to do so.

The Kop would rather have a left-footed central defender, for example. This is why the former Premier League champion had scouts attend Portugal’s match against Bosnia to check out Goncalo Inacio.

When substituted in the second half of the previous game, the 23-year-old Neto was easily “watched” by Liverpool’s scouting department. A central defender, not a forward, is where you can expect the red half of Merseyside to put their money if they decide to splash the cash in January.

Even Neto hopes to avoid setbacks this year and keep performing at a high level. The Wolves’ top player is committed to staying in shape so he can one day play for a more prestigious club.
