Russell Wilson and Ciara, the power couple, have made a groundbreaking real estate transaction and setting a new record in the industry

Local sources claim that the well-known quarterback Russell Wilson and his R&B singer/philanthropist wife Ciara have set up their money-no-object real estate sites in the affluent community of Englewood, Colorado.

He originally played for the Seattle Seahawks for 10 successful seasons, earning enough money to be classified as the highest-paid player in the NFL.

Wilson and his spouse Ciara made the decision to spend $25 million on a Colorado property following the completion of a major transaction. During this period, the power couple also got $36 million from the sale of their Seattle residence.

Formerly owned by millionaire Gary Magness, who paid $7.5 million for the 20,000-square-foot Colorado property. Wilson reportedly paid $25 million for the most costly single-family house purchase in the neighborhood.

Wilson and Ciara are almost doubling their living space, going from about 11,000 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms to almost 20,000 square feet with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a couple of powder rooms.

This is the case even though their Colorado property was purchased for a somewhat lower sum than their opulent Seattle home, which was listed for $36 million. Perched over a separate garage is a guest or staff apartment complete with a bedroom and bathroom.

Another attractive feature of the three-story home is its several gathering areas, which include a formal dining room with paneling and a lacquered library. There are also six fireplaces, a floating spiral staircase, and a double-height entry.

The main suite has two opulent bathrooms, two dressing rooms a la boutique, and two study areas. Every guest room has its own restroom. Many recreational and leisure facilities at the mansion include a yoga studio/gym with a view of an indoor basketball court, an indoor pool and spa, and a state-of-the-art movie theater.

The expansive lawn in the well-kept gardens of the Rocky Mountain estate features an outdoor fireplace set in a circle of trees, a tranquil pond and waterfall, a large dining terrace, and more, all of which Wilson could probably add his own private football field to.
