Inside Lionel Messi’s $10.75M Florida mansion: Never-before-seen photos of the Inter Miami star’s property, which has ten bedrooms, two boat docks, a spa, and a waterside swimming pool

Never-before-seen photos of Lionel Messi’s beautiful home have provided new insight into the World Cup winner’s lavish lifestyle in Florida.

The soccer player, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract worth $50-60 million per season, relocated to Florida in the summer after signing with David Beckham’s Major League Soccer team, Inter Miami.

After spending his first few months in a $9 million condo seconds from ‘golden beach’, the Argentine and his wife Antonella purchased a large $10.75 million mansion in Fort Lauderdale in September.

The 10,500-square-foot house is located within the gated community of Bay Colony, one of the floating neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.

It is located on the canals that run across South Florida and includes a swimming pool at the water’s edge. The 10,500 square-foot propertyproperty features its own private pool that sits on the water in the secure neighborhood

Inside, the house includes an Italian kitchen, a workout and spa area, a VIP suite, and a balcony with views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Fortunately, colleague Sergio Busquets is not far away, too; the midfielder, who followed Messi to South Florida, is said to have recently paid roughly $9 million for a beachfront home in Sea Ranch Lakes.

Entrepreneur and podcaster Patrick Bet-David recently disclosed that his own property in the same neighborhood is now worth a whopping $25 million more because Messi moved in next door.

Speaking to VladTV earlier this month, he said: ‘So far right now, according to today’s climate, I’ve already generated $25 million in equity on the house I own.

‘Messi recently relocated right next to my house. Everyone wants to be part of our community.

‘It’s a gated community on an island with just one way in and out, making it extremely safe and protected. God willing, it still is.

“Now that Messi is there, everyone is fricking going on their boats to look at the houses. We’re doing okay.

Messi, who is presently enjoying his offseason, purchased the house with the assistance of Team Simpkin, which has assisted MLS players in purchasing properties since its inception in 2018.Never-before-seen images inside Lionel Messi's $10.75m Florida home have emerged

In 2019, he apparently purchased a Miami apartment in the Porsche Design Tower.

The 60-story tower is located between Bal Harbour and Aventura, 25 minutes from the Inter Miami stadium.

The building has many lifts intended specifically for residents’ cars, allowing them to park in their own rooms.Messi (pictured with wife Antonela) signed a two-and-a-half-year deal worth $50-60m

In addition to vehicle lifts, the apartment features its own private restaurant and an outdoor lounge that overlooks the sea.

Messi’s breathtaking property also includes a movie, golf, and racing simulators, providing ideal downtime options for his family.
