HEROIC DADDY: To honour his daughter’s birthday, Mohamed Salah costumed as Maui in the Disney flick Moana

Mo Salah sets an example for other fathers to follow; on his daughter’s fifth birthday, he dressed up as Maui from the Disney film Moana.

The Liverpool forward shared an Instagram photo in which he resembles the movie’s protagonist from 2016.

Maui declares, “Behold, Moana! Salah wrote the photo caption. Greetings on your special day!

The Egyptian wears a leaf skirt and a green Hawaiian flower neck garland as part of his quest, and Disney triumphs.

Salah also tweeted a photo of himself with his child, a birthday cake, and a bundle of balloons.

Liverpool fans are hoping to see the 26-year-old in full strength this weekend against Manchester United.

The news that Paul Pogba and David De Gea would not be playing for Manchester United on Sunday at Old Trafford boosted the Anfield faithful.

De Gea was forced to withdraw from Spain’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Sweden on Friday night, while Paul Pogba is still recovering from an ankle injury suffered in a 0-0 draw with Arsenal last month.

For the time being, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has anticipated that David will be sidelined, stating, “David needs a scan, I think he’ll be out,” according to Sky Sports.

After yesterday night, it becomes plausible to conclude that this is one of those situations.

Paul returned after being hurt and worked extremely hard.

He returned to action and finished a number of games while being in pain.

“He had a scan after the Arsenal game and maybe needed a few weeks’ rest in a boot,” in which case “hopefully he won’t be too long,” or “he won’t make this game, no.”
