When Kyrie Irving departed the Nets, many people observed that he had previously stated that he would never forsake Kevin Durant. Chris Paul has been excellent for the Phoenix Suns, but he appears to be declining. If Phoenix could upgrade at point guard to Kyrie Irving, they would very certainly do so. It’s early to speculate on Kyrie Irving’s departure, but he hasn’t always been the most stable member of his teams.
