At an upscale restaurant in Miami, football stars Beckham, Lionel Messi, and Busquets treated their wives to a lavish meal that included a £1,000 steak.

While having dinner with David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, who are both co-owners of Inter Miami, Lionel Messi continued to take pleasure in his new life in Miami.

The player who won the World Cup has gotten off to a strong start in his career with Inter Miami. On his first game, he scored the game-winning goal in stoppage time against Cruz Azul, and on Tuesday, he scored twice in a 4-0 thrashing match against Atlanta.

On the other hand, it seems that the Argentine is having just as much fun off the field as he is on it, as evidenced by the fact that Victoria Beckham disclosed photographs of Messis and the Beckhams having dinner together in Miami.

The fashion designer who had previously been a member of Spice Girls uploaded two photographs on her Instagram account that showed her, Beckham, Messi, and Messi’s wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, all enjoying themselves at Gekko in Miami.

In addition to Messi and his girlfriend Elena Galera, the power couples were joined by Sergio Busquets, Messi’s former teammate at Barcelona and the new player for Inter Miami, as well as Jorge Mas, the co-owner of the Major League Soccer club, and his wife Aleyda.

Victoria also shared a photo of Beckham, Busquets and Messi with the Manchester United legend beaming, following his capture of the soccer stars.

The party appeared to be enjoying drinks and dinner at Japanese-inspired steakhouse, Gekko, where a ribeye steak costs $1200.

The SoFlo hotspot is owned by Bad Bunny and restaurateur David Grutman and blends elements of a traditional steakhouse with Japanese cuisine, including sushi and sashimi.

The restaurant, located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, has already hosted a number of A-Listers, including the Beckham family’s friend Eva Longoria, Kaia Gerber, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.

Bad Bunny’s girlfriend Kendall Jenner has also been spotted there, while her sister Kim Kardashian and NBA star Tristan Thompson were also seen at the restaurant together after attending Messi’s debut.

Beckham and Messi appear to have a close relationship with the former England soccer star recently claiming that bringing Messi to Inter Miami was one of the best moments of his life.

‘I never thought I would have the same feeling as an owner as I had when I was a player,’ Beckham told The Athletic.

‘When I got the phone call (to confirm Messi was joining), I had the feeling I had when I walked out at Old Trafford or Wembley. I was like, “We’ve just beaten all competition to sign the greatest player to ever play our game”.

‘This will be up there with the biggest moves in American sporting history.’

When asked if it was one of the best moments of his life, Beckham responded: ‘Without a doubt’.

Messi was also spotted leaving the hotspot

Beckham has also been in attendance at both of Messi’s appearances for Inter Miami so far, along with Victoria.

Meanwhile, Antonela has also been spotted cheering her husband on from the stands as he takes the United States by storm.

On Tuesday, she was seen watching on as the Argentine beauty was joined in the stands by P Diddy, Camilla Cabello and DJ Khaled.

They were greeted at the stadium by Beckham. who then took his seat next to wife Victoria.

This week’s group night out was not the first time Messi has been spotted out on the town in Miami. Earlier this month, just a few days after his arrival, the Argentine attempted to leave Italian restaurant Cafe Prima Pasta in Miami Beach through the back door with Antonela and their sons, while his dad Jorge also appeared to be with them.

The Italian restaurant has been open since 1993 and is no stranger to wining and dining celebrities with the likes of NBA legend Michael Jordan, Pitbull and actor Michael Caine having eaten there in the past.

But it wouldn’t have put a dent in Messi’s millions as the most expensive main course on the menu is the skirt steak served with truffle fries and grilled asparagus at $36.95.

Despite his attempt at a sneaky exit, Messi was swarmed by fans with one overenthusiastic supporter even kissing him on the cheek.

But, despite the fuss, the family seemed unfazed as Antonela led their kids to the car with her husband following as he occasionally graciously posed for a selfie.
