Virgil Van Dijk Overwhelmed with the unveiling of the Center Stage statue in Amsterdam

Virgil van Dijk’s Wax Figure Unveiled at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam. The wax figure of Virgil van Dijk, the Dutch national team captain, and FC Liverpool central defender, will be shown at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam beginning October 16, 2021. Despite his demanding training schedule, Van Dijk found time at the end of 2019 to pose with the sculptors at Madame Tussauds.

Throughout the procedure, various measurements and photographs were gathered to construct an exact portrayal of the football great. The figure’s debut was originally scheduled for the European Championship 2020, however, it was postponed due to production issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Finally, Madame Tussauds Amsterdam’s sports department will feature an outstanding wax statue of Van Dijk. Other noteworthy figures who join him in the sports area include Lionel Messi, skater Sven Kramer, and kickboxer Rico Verhoeven.
