Steven Gerrard celebrated his daughter Lilly’s twentieth birthday on Friday.
The 43-year-old famous footballer turned manager took to Instagram to share a cute baby photo and a loving message, as well as a recent shot of them together.
He wrote: ‘Happy birthday, @lilly.gerrardd. I hope your day is as special as you are to me. 20!’
Steven’s wife, Alex, 41, also uploaded a snapshot of their influencer daughter on her private Instagram account, which the kid then shared with her 211,000 followers on her stories.
Her mother, Alex, had scrawled over the mirror selfie: ‘Happy birthday, my darling doll. Have a great day. ‘I love you constantly.
Steven, a Liverpool star, and his wife Alex have four children together: three daughters, Lilly, Lexie, 17, and Lourdes, 12, and a son, Lio, 7.
Lilly’s birthday comes after her mother, Alex, was praised for pulling off a ‘tactical masterstroke’ against her rival WAGs by insisting that they live in Bahrain while her legendary husband manages a football club in Saudi Arabia.
WAGs living in the devout Islamic Kingdom, where drinking is prohibited, have complained about cultural constraints and mistreatment because of way they dress.
Some report that they have been denied admission to stores and malls because they have shown off portion of their arms, legs, or chest.
These constraints, however, do not bother Alex, who, according to acquaintances, is living her ‘dream life’ in Manama, the capital of adjacent Bahrain, with Steven and their children.
Bahrain, which has a population of just more than 1.4 million, is only an hour’s drive from Dammam, the eastern Saudi Arabian city where Gerrard coaches Al Ettifaq, the country’s largest team.
Gerrard, who earns £15 million a year, making him the world’s fourth best paid football coach, frequently commutes to work via a 15-mile causeway that joins Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
There is also time for Alex to live the luxurious WAG lifestyle she has grown accustomed to owing to Bahrain’s lavish malls, restaurants, and bars, which have earned the city the reputation of being the Gulf region’s party capital.
Liverpool icon Steven and his wife Alex have four children together: three daughters named Lilly, Lexie, 17, and Lourdes, 12, and a son named Lio, seven.
Alex and her family live in a magnificent six-bedroom villa in the Hamala district of the city, near to Bahrain’s royal family and other members of the country’s elite.
It costs roughly £10,000 per month and has its own swimming pool, tennis court, and games area. It is located in a courtyard behind a high fence.
Their three youngest children are enrolled at Bahrain’s most exclusive English language school, which is ranked among the world’s top 100 and charges over £11,000 per year.
Gerrard and his family have also received free memberships to the country’s two most prestigious health clubs, which are located at the opulent Four Seasons Hotel and the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
