‘If Liverpool don’t play like that, we can’t beɑt Arsenal’

On the club’s homepage, Fabinho explained how Liverpool plan to harness Anfield’s energy to produce a quality performance against Arsenal.

Arsenal are in much better form than Liverpool but Fabinho hopes he and his team-mates can repeat the performances created at Anfield when they saw both Manchester City and Manchester United go away empty-handed.

Arsenal is being appreciated more than Liverpool this season

“We have a few days to recover, so it will be good for us as we try to prepare for this game,” the midfielder said.

“This season when we play at Anfield, that’s usually where we play our best football. We’ve played good games against the big teams this season – we beɑt Man City, we beɑt them. I beɑt United at home.”

“So yeah, we’re going to try to take advantage of the crowd and try to play our best football agai n because if we don’t play like that we can’t beɑt Arsenal.”
