NEW HOPE: Liverpool fans rave about the latest signing Federico Chiesa after seeing a film of the Italian scoring fantastic goals in training

Liverpool fans are even more thrilled about their new addition Federico Chiesa after viewing footage of the Italian scoring in training.

Liverpool signed the forward from Juventus on a four-year contract for an initial cost of £10 million, which could rise to £12.5 million with add-ons. 

He was present at Old Trafford for Sunday’s 3-0 triumph over Manchester United and was spotted getting down to business with his new team this week.

Another film showed the Italian forward holding the ball before dribbling past a defender and shooting into the roof of the net. 

The Liverpool fans reacted quickly to the films, with one saying, ‘Chiesa is going to be exceptional, really amazing.’

Arne Slot was full of praise for Chiesa when he detailed what he believes the 26-year-old will contribute to Liverpool after his deal.

‘I don’t think anyone will need me to inform them about his talent because it has been obvious for many years in both club and international football.
