The group is one of the largest homelessness organizations in the city, and the number of individuals sleeping rough has climbed by more than 50% in the last year.

Alexander-Arnold collaborated with Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram and Liverpool City Council leader Liam Robinson to assist volunteers and employees at its warehouse in preparing emergency supplies for delivery to roughly 2,000 homes.

People in attendance built a conveyor line and packaged needs such as presents, coupons, clothes, and sanitary items into gift bags that would be dispersed throughout the city.

In response to a “unprecedented” surge in rough sleeping, Cllr Robinson proclaimed the situation an emergency and urged the government to give additional support.
