After signing a multi-year contract with Nike in 2021, the reigning Fans’ Player of the Year is reportedly developing his own version of the Nike Air Max Pulse, confirmed by the emergence of official photos.
Although Rashford’s first public design will be the latest iteration of the Max Air family, the 25-year-old is already well-acquainted with the Beaverton brand’s air-infused features, having received a custom Air Max Plus PE created by LORENZ.OG just a month ago.
The Air Max Pulse, released in over a dozen colors since its launch this spring, showcases a tonal palette of greyscale hues, with the sole unit and upper overlay alternating between light and dark shades. This design is connected by a jet-black tongue construction that extends further with pitch-dark accents on the inner lining and laces.
The pale blue upper is adorned with a vectorized collection of swooping lines, reminiscent of the AM Plus “Marseille,” while the heel’s swoosh is highlighted by sporadic orange accents. The insoles add a final splash of color, featuring a blood-red heel inscribed with the phrase, “When you believe in yourself, incredible things can happen,” transitioning from a neon volt tint.
