Cristiano Ronaldo received incredible custom-made cake by Al-Nassr, as Jhon Duran is spotted celebrating new teammate’s 40th birthday in Saudi Arabia

Cristiano Ronaldo has received a magnificent custom cake from Al-Nassr as he celebrated his 40th birthday with the Saudi club.

He marked the significant birthday in an unusual way by wearing a pair of £4,000 compression boots at his home in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday evening.

On his actual birthday, the star forward was seen at Al-Nassr’s training ground, where he was honored with a large custom cake.

In a video shared on X by Al-Nassr, Ronaldo arrives at the training facility and is greeted by his teammates, who start singing for him.

He joined in the celebration before being presented with a three-tier cake adorned in Al-Nassr’s colors and featuring images from his career.

The photos included moments from his youth, his early days at Sporting Lisbon, his time at Manchester United, and later, his success at Real Madrid.

Real Madrid also paid tribute to their former star as he celebrated turning 40 with a heartfelt social media post.

Ronaldo spent nearly ten years at the Bernabeu, scoring 451 goals in 438 matches for the Spanish giants.

During his time there, he won four Champions League titles and claimed the Ballon d’Or four times before moving to Juventus in 2018 and then returning to Manchester United three years later.

Despite now playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, he remains a regular for his national team and holds the record for the most international goals—135.

The forward then took pictures with his teammates before cracking into the cake

On his milestone birthday, Madrid extended their “warmest wishes” to their club legend and all-time top scorer.

“Dear Cristiano, from Real Madrid, we want to send you our warmest wishes on your 40th birthday,” the club’s post on X stated.

“Every Madridista is proud of the legend you are and what you represent in our history. Have a wonderful day with your family and loved ones.”

Following the cake presentation, the forward took photos with his teammates, including new Al-Nassr star Jhon Duran, who participated in the birthday festivities.

Duran recently joined Al-Nassr from Aston Villa in a £65 million transfer deal.

The club’s heartfelt message came a day after Ronaldo expressed that he misses his former team, reflecting on his time in Spain as the pinnacle of his illustrious career.

“Spain is my home; my children grew up there. It’s where I was happiest in football, and I will always keep Madrid in my heart,” he told MARCA. “I enjoyed many memorable moments, and people don’t forget.”

Regarding the possibility of returning to the club in the future, he remarked, “One day, maybe. I don’t rule it out. I left a legacy there, a significant mark.”

“Perhaps when I finish my career, I can do something special, with 80,000 fans. People today value those intense matches with Barcelona; we lived a week filled with tension.”

“The fans, the media discussing the game. Madrid-Barcelona, Cristiano-Messi, Pique and Ramos… It was a wonderful rivalry that was healthy.”
