The former Atletico Madrid and Liverpool striker still has impressive muscles.
Torres retired in 2019. He currently coaches Atletico Madrid’s youth teams.
As a player, Torres is considered a legend of Atletico and the Spanish national team. He scored a total of 263 goals in 768 appearances in all competitions.
For his national team, Torres also made a splash when he scored 38 goals in 110 matches. He and “La Roja” won Euro 2008, 2012 and the 2010 World Cup.
In February 2021, Torres surprised the public when he shared his toned appearance. The former Spanish player has bulging muscles in his chest, shoulders, and biceps. Torres’ appearance is still balanced thanks to his ideal height (1.86 m).
After many years, this former player still maintains an ideal physical condition. Torres also trains his leg muscles by cycling, rowing or jogging.
According to AS, Torres works hard at the gym after retiring. The former Spanish player suffered from hypertrophy (increased muscle size) due to training with the help of modern machines.
Currently, Torres also owns a chain of gyms called Nine Fitness, with many branches across Spain such as Pozuelo, Valdebebas, Embajadores, Pinto and Aranjuez.
In addition to his coaching and gym career, Torres has also ventured into business. He hopes to expand the scale and increase the number of other branches of Nine Fitness.
