On Friday, he met with Egypt’s national team members in Cairo to discuss preparations for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Malawi. Before joining his teammates, he visited his family, cherishing precious moments at home.
Salah has an impressive record for Egypt’s national team, scoring 49 goals in 87 appearances.
Egypt currently sits at the bottom of Group D in the AFCON qualifiers and must defeat Malawi in a two-legged playoff to boost their chances of qualifying for next year’s tournament in Ivory Coast.

Born on July 15, 1992, in Nagrig, Basyopolis, Egypt, Mohammed Salah is the son of Salah Ghaly and Mira Maged. He attended Mohammed Eyad Al Ta’tawi school and has an estimated net worth of $90 million.
Salah married his wife, Maggi, in 2013, and they share two daughters. Their firstborn, Makka, arrived in 2014, named after the Islamic holy city of Mecca. In 2020, Maggi gave birth to their second daughter, Kaya.
