Nketiah is a member of Under Armour’s quickly growing football talent list, which also includes Trent Alexander-Armstrong and Antonio Ruediger. Following the successful openings of Westfield Stratford, Battersea Power Station, and Liverpool ONE earlier in 2023, the Oxford Street location is the most recent in a string of Brand House locations. London-based football star Nketiah took part in a Q&A session led by TV host and Arsenal supporter Nicole Holliday at the store launch event.
The Oxford Street site is the latest in a series of successful Brand House launches, which also includes Westfield Stratford, Battersea Power Station, and Liverpool ONE earlier in 2023. During the store launch event, Nicole Holliday, an Arsenal fan and TV host, led a Q&A session with Nketiah, who grew up playing football in London.
They discussed topics like the prerequisites for becoming a professional athlete in London and his advice for aspiring athletes. This struck a deep chord with the UA Next Athletes in the audience, many of whom are working toward their own dreams of playing football in the Premier League.

The famous London Tube and the City of London had an impact on the Oxford Street store’s design. Locally made black and white handcrafted tiles cover the area’s existing structural features, while the Under Armour name serves as a symbol of the company’s close ties to London and its players.
Eddie Nketiah made his (branded; he had previously worn whiteout UA footwear) Under Armour debut with a goal in a 2-2 tie with Fulham.
