In a remark from talkSPORT, Declan Rice revealed his close relationship with his teammate at Arsenal.
Declan Rice is a well-known summer addition to the Premier League, having transferred from West Ham to Arsenal. At Emirates, Rice rapidly became a part of the team. Two of Rice’s England teammates, Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka, are at Arsenal.
However, Rice claims that the rookie and the British pair are not best buddies. The celebrity, who was born in 1999, revealed an unexpected information about his best pal when sharing quotes from talkSPORT:
Indeed, Leandro Trossard was present from the moment I arrived.
You would be unable to make the connection, even though he is a really, really top guy.
I sat next to him on the plane and have spent a lot of time with him here; he’s simply a fantastic guy overall. He and I got along great.
“Playing against him in the past was always a pain, so it’s good to have him on my side now. He’s such a great player.”

Rice would have known a few players before relocating to London this summer.
The midfielder knows Aaron Ramsdale, Bukayo Saka, and Ben White from the England squad.
He also went through the Chelsea academy with Eddie Nketiah, whom he met when he was nine years old.
But like Rice, Trossard is fresh to Arsenal, having been brought in from Brighton in January.
After an impressive tenure, the Belgian international left a lasting impact and quickly won over fans.
In 22 Premier League appearances, he contributed 10 assists as the Gunners fell short against City.
