According to reports, Barcelona is eager to re-sign both Lionel Messi and Neymar this summer as the Catalan club assesses their financial ability to do so ahead of the 2023–24 season.
As the Argentina international gets about to depart Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer, club president Joan Laporta has stated that Messi is a top target for the La Liga champions.
Despite гᴜмогed lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia, Messi is claimed to be eager to return to Camp Nou after his painful departure in the summer of 2021.
The seasoned forward left Barcelona on a free transfer as a result of their financial difficulties, and PSG signed him on a two-year contract that would expire at the end of June.
He went to PSG, who were expected to win the Champions League, but they haven’t.
The contract included the possibility to be extended by a third year, but PSG chose not to use that option because it always seemed like a marriage of convenience.
Because they were considering hosting the World Cup in Qatar, it was a brilliant move to sign him in the first place. The owners wа𝚗теԀ to make sure that PSG had the majority of the greatest players, and they did it by signing Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar, the face of Brazilian football. Then they were able to see Messi and Mbappe in their ideal final.
While playing alongside Messi for the Catalan team from 2013 to 2017, Neymar was equally successful, winning three Copa del Rey titles, two La Liga championships, and the Champions League.

Prior to the upcoming season, Barcelona is reportedly considering re-signing both Messi and Neymar.
Given that Messi is expected to become a free agency at the end of June, a move for him would be simpler than one for Neymar.
However, Barcelona would need to find room in their wage budget for the World Cup winner’s еxогƅιта𝚗т compensation, which must be considered.
In 38 appearances for PSG this season, Messi has tallied 20 goals and 19 assists. A clause in his current contract allows him to continue in Paris through June 2024.

But the Argentine will go this summer, and Neymar, who is also strongly гᴜмогed to be leaving the French champions, might follow.
The 2022–23 club season saw the Brazil international make 29 club appearances, recording 18 goals and 17 assists. His contract has two more years to remain.
Recently, the 31-year-old has been linked to Manchester United and Chelsea, with PSG reportedly willing to let him go on loan.
According to reports, Barcelona is willing to “sell some of their biggest stars” in order to free up money in the budget for what would be a remarkable comeback for the duo.
According to reports, Messi is still ‘a serious open’ for Saudi Arabia, but Barcelona will make a strong effort to re-sign the 35-year-old over the summer.

Kane & Neymar are the topic of гᴜмогs
It seems that it is gradually becoming a fact, not a гᴜмог anymore when recently, to fill the void left by Lionel Messi and Neymar, the representatives of Harry Kane, a striker for Tottenham, have met with Paris Saint-Germain president Luis Campos to discuss a potential summer transfer.
