After their opponent, Arsenal was defeated by Nottingham Forest on Saturday, Pep Guardiola’s team were awarded the title of champions for the third year in a row.
It is the fifth time that we have won the Premier League in the past six seasons, and it is the 12th major honor that Guardiola has led the Club to during his tenure in charge.
In front of a sold-out crowd at Etihad Stadium, club captain Ilkay Gundogan hoisted the trophy after our team defeated Chelsea by a score of 1-0. The game-winning goal was scored by Julian Alvarez.
