Real Madrid’s game-changing decision: Mbappe and Haaland, Perez will bet it all on!

The two best players in the world of football right now are Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland, who have both recently been highly linked with moves to Real Madrid. It is uncertain whether the club will ultimately make a move for either of them in the future. However, they might turn out to be excellent long-term additions for Los Blancos.

According to reports, Real Madrid will choose between Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland in 2024 for a major move.

When Mbappe’s contract looked like it would expire last season, Real Madrid appeared very close to signing him. Unexpectedly, he chose to extend his contract with PSG. However, гᴜмогꜱ claim that the Frenchman may be wanting to leave shortly, which means Los Blancos may have another chance to sign him.

Mbappe’s deal with Paris Saint-Germain will expire in the summer of 2024, said L’Equipe, because the French international is unlikely to exercise the option to extend it by another year, which he must do by the end of July. As a result, the forward will be available free in the summer of 2024, which may tempt Real Madrid.

Haaland, on the other hand, only recently joined Manchester City. However, there are гᴜмогꜱ that in the summer of 2024, a release provision in his contract will go into effect.

Erling Haaland is reportedly also being watched by Los Blancos, who could make a move for him as well, according to the French site. Karim Benzema is anticipated to sign a one-year extension with the team and depart at the conclusion of the 2023–24 season to make room for a new superstar signing.

Mbappe would have to accept a substantial pay cut if he chose to join with Real Madrid, though. He might also be asked to play a more central role given that Vinicius Jr. is currently the best option on the left wing.

The 23-year-old is now receive a stunning €100 million signing bonus as well as a salary of about €50 million per season as part of the agreement in PSG. The three-year deal being offered by PSG will have a release clause following the second of those seasons.

Mbappe indicated a desire to play for the national team at the home event, and PSG has assured him he would be able to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Mbappe will be able to add another Ligue 1 championship to his resume on Saturday if PSG defeats Strasbourg and holds onto their lead in the standings. Real Madrid and Manchester City will play domestic matches on Wednesday against Rayo Vallecano and Brighton, respectively.

Therefore, a chance to sign them both might arise in the not too distant future. But which of the two would Real Madrid supporters rather watch at Santiago Bernabeu?

According to reports, Real Madrid is also allegedly interested in signing Liverpool defender Andy Robertson.

The 29-year-old Scotland captain is reportedly being considered by the LaLiga club as a potential replacement for injured defender Ferland Mendy. However, Robertson has a deal with Liverpool through 2026 and has made it clear that he has no intention of leaving.
