‘Very clear’: Romano updates ‘good news’ involving Ten Hag and Glazers

Transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano exclusively revealed to GIVEMESPORT that Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been sending “clear messages” to the Glazers over investment at Old Trafford in the wake of his remarks in public.

Since November, the Red Devils have been for sale, and the acquisition process has continued into the summer.

Takeover in Man Utd news

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani are competing to acquire Manchester United, with the former paying more than £5bn to gain full control of the Old Trafford team.

The latter, though, is thought to have made an offer in the same area and is giving Joel and Avram Glazer the chance to continue working for the club in some form, which would tip the scales in his favor.

Ben Jacobs, a CBS correspondent, recently told GIVEMESPORT that the takeover procedure may move swiftly once the Glazers have chosen their preferred bidder, with the work put into a prospective change in ownership working in a “transactionally backwards” manner.

Ten Hag’s team qualifying for the Champions League and finishing in the top four of the Premier League in his first season as manager will be beneficial to the club’s potential new owners.

Romano also thinks that the 53-year-old is awaiting the Glazers’ next choice of preferred bidder.

What did Romano say about Manchester United?

Romano stated to GIVEMESPORT regarding ten Hag’s thoughts on the takeover process: “I think he’s giving very obvious messages in public about needing investments and signings.

The message is therefore extremely clear. He is awaiting the Glazers’ verdict in its entirety.

What has Ten Hag stated on the purchase of Manchester United?

In a recent press appearance with the media, Ten Hag expressed his frustration with the murkiness surrounding the takeover procedure.

The club is aware that investing is necessary if it wants to contend for prizes in this league and play in the top four, according to ten Hag (as quoted by The Express).

I’m proud of my team because we saw it in the winter when all the clubs around us made significant expenditures when we didn’t.

The summer transfer market has begun for the Red Devils as the team prepares for an assault on the Premier League crown next season, and the Dutchman will be hoping to see a preferred bidder approved in the coming weeks.
