Both defender Axel Disasi and forward Rasmus Hojlund are allegedly interested in joining Manchester United this summer.
The Red Devils are currently playing in the Champions League in Erik ten Hag’s second season at Old Trafford as a result of their third-place Premier League performance.
Mason Mount of Chelsea and Kim-min Jae of Napoli have been among the players the subject of persistent rumors, but Man United recently received some encouraging information regarding two of their primary targets.
According to a Mirror article, both Disasi of Monaco and Hojlund of Atalanta have apparently indicated interest in joining ten Hag’s team this summer.
Hojlund, who has been compared to a Danish Erling Haaland for his work up front, is one of several strikers Man United are considering signing because they now only have two senior forwards on their roster.
With the player already stating he was a “huge fan” of the team, it is thought that a £43m offer would be enough for Man United to seal the move after just one season with Serie A club Atalanta.
Additionally, Hojlund negotiated a contract with the SEG firm, which also represents ten Hag.
Disasi of Monaco has also informed Man United of his desire to move from north-west England to France. He participated in the World Cup championship match, which they lost to Argentina.
However, given that a striker is viewed as having a high priority and that bringing Mount to Old Trafford is expected to cost money, Man United’s budget for a defender may be minimal.
When the clause in his Napoli contract is opened the following month, the club also intends to press forward with its plan to bring Kim-min Jae to Manchester.
